It is your responsibility to contact us about your exchange/refund request within 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for sending the order back within 14 days of notifying us about exchange/return requests once we have approved. We offer refunds to the original payment method. Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed.
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving. Please note you will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.
Allow 3-5 working days for your funds to show in your bank account.
Returns Must Adhere to the Following:
- In original packaging
- Tags must not be removed/damaged
- No signs of wear/wash
- No stains, hairs, or odors
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
How Long Will My Return Take?
After you have posted your return, please keep your proof of postage. Your return will be confirmed via email detailing your refund within the above timeframe.

My parcel has been stolen?
We do not take any responsibility for parcels left in safe places or chosen neighbours.
All deliveries are completed with proof of postage.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen, we advise you contact the police before contacting us. We require you to provide a valid crime reference before we can assist any further.
